Back in November, Galileo’s editorial director, Barrett Warner, was interviewed by Kit Frick for The Sapling. Here’s how it begins:

SAPLING: Galileo Press was founded in 1979 and has been publishing books for over forty years. Can you tell us a bit about the press’s origins and your role with Galileo?

BARRETT WARNER: The press started in after hours jam sessions by MFA students who also had music and studio art backgrounds at the University of Arizona—a cohort working mostly with Norman Dubie.
